Love this place. Great location. Quiet, with outstanding views. Our room on a recent stay was spotless and in great shape. It was December and they had decorated the room with a small Christmas tree and a few other decorations. Nice touch!

Beautiful resort, their 2 room + loft is the best accommodation for 5-6 people. Their kitchen is stocked and well ready for use. I want to thank the staff for demonstrating on how to use the bonfire as well. Love the keyless front door access for late check-ins. The only downside I wish they had a better parking system with a number system instead of the first come, first serve. I love the room with the extra towels and extra kitchen products. Everything is close by from the grocery store to the national park even the Stanley Hotel is less than 15 minutes away. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

We have frequented Woodlands on Fall River several times, the first being in the fall of 2019. It is conveniently located on the riverfront just a few miles from the main Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, and a short drive from quaint downtown Estes. The rooms provide comfort for the whole family. Staying at Woodlands on Fall River is the highlight of our Estes trips.

Stayed here late September 2023 as our gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Gorgeous location - picturesque Fall River right outside our suite (all rooms are either 1 or w bedroom suites), aspen and cottonwoods, mountains, evergreens. Outside of the wonderful town of Estes Park. Elk and wild turkeys sharing the property. Our suite, like all the others, was rustic, fitting into the surrounding landscape well. The interior has a full kitchen, living room, eating space and nice sized bed and bath. We were about 3 miles from the RMNP entrance.

We stayed here 7 days. Everything was excellent except the bed. That was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. I would recommend updating your mattress for a more comfortable nights sleep for your guest.
